Client Solutions Manager

Compensation:

$85,000 to $95,000 salary based on experience, plus a generous benefits package.


General Description

Nomadic is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to help lead our small but growing client services and consulting function. The candidate will have experience engaging senior executives, delivering strategic advisory services, and identifying key business and growth opportunities. The Client Solutions Manager works closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and Content teams to deliver custom solutions related to our proprietary digital academies that fit the unique needs of our enterprise clients.


Essential Job Functions

  1. Manage and maintain overall relationship with client stakeholders
  2. Conduct discovery and design workshops with clients and stakeholders to uncover needs and objectives
  3. Design, develop, and build custom solutions aligned to client and stakeholder needs and objectives as an output of discovery and design workshops
  4. Oversee end-to-end project management for multiple client projects—Ensuring internal teams are aligned and deliverable deadlines are met
  5. Collaborate with third party content partners to ensure quality custom content when needed as part of a custom solution
  6. Be a strategic advisor, taking your client’s needs and objectives, and turning them into impactful experiences through proposals and deliverables
  7. Efficiently organize resources to ensure efficient yet realistic timelines, setting client expectations accordingly
  8. Find creative solutions to challenges/obstacles and deliver a positive customer experience throughout
  9. Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion at existing clients or potential prospects
  10. Analyze user data and clearly tell a story that highlights insights and opportunities uncovered from data
