Integration Engineer

Compensation:

$60,000 to $80,000 salary based on experience, plus a generous benefits package.

General Description

Nomadic Learning delivers an array of learning content to organizations around the globe and seeks an Integration Engineer to facilitate the planning and construction of APIs transferring learning activity and content into an organization’s centralized LMS (Learning Management System). We’re looking for someone who is able to both do the development work required to build APIs for LMSs and interface with clients to gather requirements.

In addition, this position provides an opportunity to gain new skills through on-the-job learning. The ideal candidate brings foundational programming skills and an eagerness to grow as a software developer. After an initial phase of working with clients and building APIs, the Integration Engineer would begin automating common tasks. There’s opportunity for advancement to a more general software development role as this work on automation progresses.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Transforms and organizes data into APIs according to client / LMS requirements
  2. Participates in requirement gathering and documentation including in virtual meetings with client teams and our client success team
  3. Communicates our integration offerings to clients
  4. Researches commonly used Learning Management Systems and gains a familiarity with the capabilities and requirements of each
