Nomadic Learning is building two learning programs that will inspire organizations around the world to have authentic conversations about race, systemic racism, diversity, inclusion, bias, belonging, and all the things we never talk about in corporate programs or polite conversation. These are not run-of-the-mill diversity and inclusion programs. Our aim is to kickstart real, systemic change within organizations, creating opportunities for them to undo the centuries of racism and bias that have been baked into them.
We are seeking a small group of writers to work with with our SVP of Content and Editor in Chief, along with a group of cutting-edge thinkers from academia, Human Resources (HR), and social justice movements who will be helping us craft this groundbreaking program.
A strong writing voice and deep passion for these issues, required. Personal experience with discrimination may be of value in order to help access empathetic and thoughtful avenues for writing, but is not required. Writers who are used to translating complex, sensitive topics into digestible, understandable, and impactful stories encouraged to apply. Journalism or creative non-fiction background encouraged but not required. No HR, L&D or training background needed.
