Our Academy features a mix of always-on and timed learning experiences tailored to match your availability and goals. When you join, you get access to all of them.

Our Programs are great for moving your skills to the next level, and will take you from theory to application in a specific topic. Program topics are based on the skills we've worked with leaders and academics to identify as most important for success in the future.

Upcoming Program Sessions

Programs are largely self-paced, but we run them on a recurring schedule to ensure you learn alongside a team of peers (and because for most of us, due dates help with accountability).

Learner Journeys

Our Learner Journeys are curated, interdisciplinary curriculum built for achieving career goals and pivots. They combine more synchronous learning experiences like Programs and webinars with shorter, asynchronous learning Resources that you can put into practice right away. You can jump in any time, and complete at your own pace. Organizations that join Nomadic can either participate in an existing Learner Journey, or build their own.

Our Academy includes a library of hundreds of Resources, which deliver new tools and theory you can digest and apply in minutes. They're built to fit busy schedules and support those who learn best by doing, and are sourced directly from the companies and experts building new systems and changing industry.

“This has been a really inspiring experience for me. I liked the mix of theory, technology, best practices, and social element where I could share my own reflections and ideas. I particularly liked the real-life stories built-in throughout the programs.”
